    i'm always looking for frozen or fresh rhubarb. where can i find it? this recipe really sounds good & i'm eager to try it. thanks

      Hi! Thanks for stopping by :) In season, I get my rhubarb from farmers markets & roadside farm stands. Off season, I get frozen rhubarb right at the grocery store. Not all grocery stores carry it, but I've been fortunate to find some that do. Just call your local grocery store, and they can tell you if they have it. Much easier than driving from store to store ;)

    Can you use fresh rhubarb or does it need to be frozen first and then unthawed?
